MEET SIMBA; from rough start to shining star! This lovable boy’s journey is a testament to the power of love, patience, and training (and his amazing foster family and supporters).
Rescued with challenges, Simba has worked hard to overcome his past and become his best self. With progress every day, he will still need support to keep his training going. He’s now ready for his forever home.
He has put in the work (eight months) and now needs to find his family to continue to support him on his journey.
But Simba is NOT for everyone. He needs:
◼ Experienced owners, he’s not a first time pet.
◼ Another animal only if they are chilled.
◼ No young kids but he would love an older skin puppy brother or sister
◼ Time for his continued training and exercise
If you’re ready to find a dog who would become your “ride or die” loyal companion and willing to put in some work, Simba might be your guy.
Now ready for adoption, Share with those who’d give this sweet boy a loving home.
We are very proud of Simba, rescued with poor manners and reactivity, it made rehoming him pretty much impossible.
With structure, boundaries, and patience, he’s transforming into a loving, affectionate companion. His progress from not being able to self regulate, react inappropriately towards other dogs and jump all over you to the well mannered, gentle good boy who now waits patiently at the front door until asked out and going for a walk with friends is heart-warming and amazing.
He will need to continue his training journey but he really does need to find his forever home to have the security of his family to help him be his best self.
P.S
Simba requested that I mention that he loves car rides. Not a deal breaker but you’ll have a better chance of him choosing you if you drive!

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to apply, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
*The adoption fee includes microchipping on the NSW Companion Animal Register, desexing, C5 vaccination, intestinal worm and flea treatment. Council registration for rescue dogs in NSW is $27.50 and $23 for pensioners. (This is included in the adoption fee).
