Zara

Zara has gone to a new home on trial 😁 Zara is very energetic and loves to be around her people. She is just over two years old. She is deaf and has some training using hand gestures, but will require on going training.

She knows, sit, stay, come and NO! She is driven by food so having a treat with you makes it much easier.

Zara takes sometime to settle in, and it is very important to spend a lot of time getting to know her and how she communicates. Having a large and secure backyard would be ideal, as she gets anxious because she is unable to hear people or dogs coming towards the yard and is prone to bark if she can see someone.

Zara needs to go to a cat free home, that means she’s also better without pets like guinea pigs or rabbits too.

She will need an active owner, preferably without kids because sometimes she just can’t contain her excitement. Zara enjoys long walks daily and is a fantastic running partner, she could go and go forever. She gets along with other dogs and would suit a home with or without another dog.

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
