labrador cross puppy adoption

Tony

Tony is on trial in his new home πŸ’™ He is all black except for a T shaped white mark on his upper chest.

He is a very sweet boy and loves to hang around with his humans and get scratches and cuddles. However, he is full of energy and loves to play with other dogs. He is learning how to play with toys and seems to like chasing the ball (when he feels like it) and playing tug.

He is learning to not jump up on people but will need this reinforced. He has just started house training, learning to walk on a lead and basic obedience training, but an ongoing commitment to this will be required so he can be the best boy possible.

He is great with kids and other dogs and would prefer to have a doggie friend to be with as he does get a bit upset when left alone. This may stop once he has a steady routine.

So if you are looking for an active young companion and are willing and able to continue with his socialising and training, please send an expression of interest to Lorraine.

To submit an expression of interest for Tony please email Lorraine on lorraine@awar.org.au

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
