Maggie & Wanda

Maggie and Wanda are two happy active Jack Russell Terrier cross puppies. Jack Russells are only suitable for people who lead an active life and intend to include their new dog into their activities and give them lots of interesting activities and walks.

Maggie is a feisty little girl who loves to play and is happy to let the bigger dogs, which she loves to play with, know that she is the boss. She loves her food, and to tear apart toys and run after the ball.

She is learning to use puppy pads for toileting, however this will require ongoing training. She can also easily use the doggie door. After plenty of play time, she is happy to cuddle up for her sleeps with you on the couch, but currently sleeps in a crate.

Being a puppy, she likes to play bite a bit, so she would need to be monitored around small children, until she has learnt that this is not allowed, which we are working on with her. Maggie will require ongoing training to ensure she is the best girl she can be.

Wanda is a lovely little girl who loves to play and is happy to play with other dogs. She has moments when some feistiness shows but generally is quite well tempered.

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
