Cookie

Cookie is on trial in her new home. This pretty young Cookie girl is full of character at just over 12 months of age. Cookie is a delightful girl who listen when she is asked to sit and waits patiently for her meals and treats.

Cookie is a very strong girl so will need a new owner who has experience with large / strong dogs or is willing to work with a trainer to learn some steadying techniques.

Cookie loves to follow her people around and is happy to just be near her humans where ever they are.
She also enjoys being at your level when you are trying to have your cuppa or lunch LOL! So may need some reminders of manners.

Cookie is not a barker but will let you know if strangers are hanging around your property. She is excellent with other dogs and humans but she does get excited around other dogs. This is not a issue of any kind, just puppy excitement, but does need to be guided in the right direction.

Cookie will need to continue her training and socialising as she’s going to be a pup for quite a while yet. So if you are willing and able to work with this lovely young dog and provide a loving home for her please email Lorraine.

To meet Cookie please email Lorraine on lorraine@awar.org.au

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
