male kelpie pup rescue boy

Bluey

Meet Bluey – Your Energetic Best Mate in the Making! Bluey is a bright, bouncy eight-month-old Kelpie with a heart full of love and a whole lot of energy to burn! This playful boy adores people and gets along brilliantly with dogs of all sizes. He’s social, friendly and always ready for fun.

After a good play session, Bluey switches straight into cuddle mode. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who’ll happily curl up for snuggles and ear scratches. He’s also incredibly loyal — once he bonds with you, he’s your shadow.

Bluey is still young and learning, so he’ll need ongoing training and guidance to help him master his manners. He’s clever, eager to please and will thrive with consistency, exercise and mental stimulation.

Bluey would suit an active family or individual, ideally with another friendly dog — but he’ll do just as well as a solo companion if you can give him plenty of stimulation, adventure time and daily exercise.

If you’re ready for a loving, loyal mate who’ll join you on every adventure, Bluey can’t wait to meet you!

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to apply, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.

*The adoption fee includes microchipping on the NSW Companion Animal Register, desexing, C5 vaccination, intestinal worm and flea treatment. Council registration for rescue dogs in NSW is $27.50 and $23 for pensioners. (This is included in the adoption fee).
