Bluey

Meet Bluey, an incredibly charming four-year-old Greyhound whose heart is as impressive as his sleek physique. If you’ve been searching for a gentle companion with a penchant for cuddles, look no further. This beautiful boy not only walks beautifully on a lead, making daily strolls a joy, but he thrives on human company, always ready to make friends with two- and four-legged folks alike.

Bluey’s social nature came to life at events like the Wodonga border caravan and camping show. Amidst the merry chaos, he showed off his delightful personality by graciously interacting with a variety of people, children, and furry companions. His regal demeanor and calm presence make him an excellent candidate for a companion or support role, visiting aged care homes.

A routine comprising leisurely walks, time spent with his loving human companions, and engaging encounters with other dogs is what Bluey truly enjoys. And when it comes to meal time, his patience is admirable as he waits eagerly but politely for his delicious reward. Bluey loves to lean against you, soaking in all the love and affection.

In essence, Bluey embodies the perfect blend of poise and sociability, excelling as a loving companion in almost any setting. He has the potential to build enduring bonds with all members of the family and thrives in environments that allow for interaction and affection.

If you are not familiar with Greyhound care please research the breed as it has particular feeding requirements.

Welcome Bluey into your life, and you’re sure to find not just a pet, but a loyal confidant ready to share countless memorable moments!

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to apply, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.

*The adoption fee includes microchipping on the NSW Companion Animal Register, desexing, C5 vaccination, intestinal worm and flea treatment. Council registration for rescue dogs in NSW is $27.50 and $23 for pensioners. (This is included in the adoption fee).
