kelpie adoption

Pip

Pip is on trial in her new home ๐Ÿ’– Young Pip is Kelpie x and is around four months old.

Pip is a unique little pup, who I have no idea what she is crossed with, but judging by her paws, I donโ€™t think she will be very big once fully grown. While she loves playing with like minded dogs, she is still learning how to read the cues from dogs who arenโ€™t in the mood to play, so will require plenty of ongoing training, exercise and stimulation as she is an active breed.

Pip also loves us humans and is always keen for a cuddle and a game of tug. She is a sweet little dog and will make a wonderful companion for one lucky person or family.

Pip is extremely smart, sleeps well in a crate and is picking up house training and new commands quickly.

She will need ongoing socialising and would benefit from someone dedicated to some further training to make her the absolutely best dog she can be.

To submit an expression of interest for Pip please email Lorraine on lorraine@awar.org.au

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
