kelpie rescue dog adoption

Ozzie

Ozzie is a 13 month old kelpie. Ozzie enjoys walks, runs at the dog park and pats.

He is good with other dogs, some cats, children and teenagers. He loves cuddles and is very affectionate. He sometimes chases a ball, frisbee, stuffed toys and anything to enrich his active mind.

He enjoys bones, chicken drumsticks, raw pet mince and dry food. Ozzie walks OK on a lead with some more training required. He knows how to sit and sometimes come. His a lovable boy and would suit a farm or large yard with someone who can give him the best life with plenty of brain activity and stimulating exercise.

His was a regretful surrender, but one that was done with love and desire to enrich Ozzie’s life as he matures.

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
