Buddy is on trial. Buddy loves all humans, he will sit and wait for the word before he eats his meal because he has very good manners. Buddy came into rescue with another dog and three cats because his owner was not able to care for them any longer.
Buddy walks nicely off lead where the area is suitable of course and has excellent recall, but can be quite strong on lead. He likes to play chasey with cats, so if you have a shy cat, Buddy may not be for you.
Buddy is a very good boy. He can be a little uncomfortable with unknown people, but once he is familiar with them he is fine and will greet and talk to you.
Our preference for Buddy’s new home would be in an adult home as a companion dog as he will bound very strongly with his human.

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
