Artemis

Artemis is on trial in her new home ๐Ÿ’– Artemis is a beautiful five year old Pointer cross girl who loves cuddles with her foster carer. She is a bit of a foodie, preferring to graze and appreciate her food rather than gulp it all down in one go like many dogs

Artemis loves her walking and is a strong girl to walk so an experienced dog handler will be needed for her. She can sometimes be a bit defensive but not aggressive towards other dogs so again we do prefer her to go to a home where her owner has some knowledge of handling techniques.

She would benefit by living on a property so she can enjoy the space and run under supervision of course.

So if you are looking for energetic walking/jogging companion and can provide homes where Artemis will be included in the family activities each day please email Lorraine with your expression of interest.

To submit an expression of interest for Artemis please email Lorraine on lorraine@awar.org.au

Best outcomes: For the best possible outcome for each adoption we do prefer that you come to us and meet the dog or puppy in person.
Please note: Even though you may be first to call, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a “first in, first served basis”. We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
